Are your shoes really hand made?

Yes, the process actually takes nearly an entire month to complete!

Special woods are selected, shaped, carved, naturally dried, sanded, then finally varnished and lacquered to allow their natural beauty to shine through.

Do you wholesale your shoes?

Yes we do! Please contact us for more information.

Do you make shoes for (insert brand name here)?

That could be the case, as we've been in this business since the early 80’s and have done custom shoes for many companies.  It could also be one of the copycats out there.

Why are the shoes I received not exactly like the shoes on your website?

Due to the hand crafted nature of our products, and because not every piece of wood is exactly the same, what you receive may differ slightly from what is displayed on our site.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are available during checkout.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Air Parcel Post.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, and Japan.  Please contact us for shipping rates to other destinations.

When will my shoes be shipped?

Shoes are usually shipped within a week from the time an order is placed.  However, please note that there may occasionally be delays, as each pair is assembled when we receive your order!
